Interview with Dr. Jun Ushiwata

Benjamin James, Doctoral student at UC Santa Cruz, interviews Dr. Jun Ushiwata, Professor at Sendai Shirayuri Women's College in Japan. Dr. Ushiwata shares his passion for democratic, agentic, creative teacher preparation, describing his career and how teacher-centered movements in the United States inspired and supported his work in Japan.
