In this session, titled Critical Supervisor Practice - Developing supervisor moves and practices to move teacher candidates to anti-racist and equity pedagogies, Johnnie and STENT conference participants come together to consider and construct a set of Supervisor Moves- prompts and questions, to move teacher candidates to focus on anti-racist and equity pedagogies. They work from a synthesis of prominent equity frameworks to begin to build shared common supervision practice.
